Mt. Sequoyah, Cureate to host Eclipse Food Festival

““We are making two incredible dishes for the Eclipse Food Festival. We’ve got a sweet one and a savory one,” said Jones.

Jones and 20 local businesses are showcasing their products and skills at the Eclipse Food Festival. She’s partnering with Ozark Charcuterie to bring two dishes. One is an eclipse-themed blueberry brie moon bite.

“It’s shaped into a crescent moon, of course, on top of a buttered cracker. And that’s going to be drizzled with a blueberry champagne jam,” said Jones.”
